Lead day-one training and complete an FCMA onboarding roadmap with rotations across operations, sales & service, lending, and small business. After training, drive customer relationships for consumers and small businesses using consultative selling and a Financial Needs Assessment to grow a book of business across channels. Coach and develop a team, reinforce core values and One Bank culture, and support community initiatives while ensuring ethical conduct.
