Key Responsibilities

•Manage Adobe’s major global acquiring and payment orchestration partnerships including commercial negotiations, performance governance, and strategic roadmap alignment to drive outstanding authorization rates and cost efficiency.
•Maintain deep knowledge of the evolving payments landscape, including real-time rails, open banking, and alternative payment methods, and proactively identify partnership opportunities.
•Forge new and enhance existing strategic relationships with card networks, acquirers, and alternative payment providers; coordinate commercial terms to drive value for Adobe.
•Partner with internal groups (Product, Treasury, Payment Operations, Risk, Go-to-Market, Regional teams) to derive actionable insights for acquisition, retention and cost savings.
•Define, own, and continuously improve core benchmarks that guide global acquiring performance and use data analysis to support executive decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,600 - 239,725 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of payments experience with hands-on exposure to global acquiring relationships, payment orchestration platforms and card network partnerships
•Proven ability to operate at the intersection of partnerships and payments product management—dusting product requirements with engineering and leading commercial discussions with a global acquirer
•Deep understanding of the global payments ecosystem including acquiring, orchestration infrastructure, Card Not Present and recurring billing dynamics, tokenization, network mandates, and fintech competition
•Curiosity and drive to track emerging players, new payment modalities, and regulatory shifts to shape provider strategy
•BA/BS or equivalent experience; MBA a plus
