•Own the website and drive continuous improvement, treating it as a living product.
•Refine stakeholder inputs before launch, improving copy, information hierarchy, design, brand/voice, accessibility, and visual quality.
•Define, track, and report on website outcomes using quantitative metrics, and prioritize improvements based on SEO/GEO and funnel performance.
•Partner with engineering and other teams to design and develop tooling and infrastructure behind the site, including CMS and analytics tooling.
•Align cross-functional teams on messaging and manage reviews/retrospectives, ensuring tight linkage between the website and adjacent content channels.

Key Requirements

•Data fluency: comfortable setting up and reading web/analytics data (e.g., GA4) and translating it into decisions.
