Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying or Cost & Commercial Management services, including estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost assurance, and financial/commercial management.
  • •Work across projects of varying size and complexity, supporting delivery for public and private clients.
  • •Depending on seniority, lead a QS/commercial team and provide training and mentoring.
  • •Contribute to bid writing and winning work.
  • •Represent WSP UK at industry events and support stakeholder collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •MRICS, Assoc RICS, or working towards a professional qualification.
