Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical delivery execution across multiple AI workstreams and pods, including release plans, sprint cadence, technical milestones, and definition of done.
  • •Partner with Solution Architects to translate architecture into sequenced build plans, decompose epics into increments, and maintain the health of the technical backlog.
  • •Run agile delivery at scale across pods—sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, and resolution of cross-pod dependencies.
  • •Manage technical dependencies end to end, including environments, data access readiness, API/integration availability, infrastructure provisioning, and client/third-party prerequisites.
  • •Enforce engineering standards and AI-specific quality gates (CI/CD, testing, observability, dataset readiness, evaluation thresholds, regression testing), and drive production readiness through cutover, UAT, runbooks, and hypercare.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years managing technical delivery of software or AI/ML projects, including 4+ years in consulting, professional services, or client delivery.
  • •Hands-on technical background in engineering, data, or architecture—able to read architecture diagrams, review data models, and pressure-test estimates.
  • •Experience running multiple concurrent agile pods or workstreams on a single program.
  • •Practical understanding of AI/GenAI solution delivery lifecycles, including data pipelines, RAG/agentic patterns, prompt and model evaluation, and MLOps/LLMOps.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree and PMP/SAFe/Agile certifications are a plus.
