Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end non-FTE workforce operations (TPA / BPO / Intern), including in-seat & HC rosters, recruitment request coordination, and onboarding/renewal/offboarding logistics.
•Act as an HR POC to handle interns’ day-to-day queries such as FTE conversion, internal transfer, and early career.
•Support HRBP projects and data analysis across non-FTE and FTE resources, including roster reconciliation and preparation of HR reporting/training/presentation decks.
•Provide Japanese language support for HRBPs for employee communication when needed.
•Support org culture projects, including award and recognition management, preparing recognition materials, writing communications, and organizing team events/offsites when needed.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate or master’s student interested in HR or people operations in the tech industry.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in both English and Japanese is required.
•Proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) with strong data sensitivity and attention to detail.
•Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through on operational tasks.
•Familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) and ability to commit to a minimum 6-month internship on-site per the company’s RTO policy.
