Job Summary

Support the Fever Originals team in producing high-quality live events for the Polish market as the production point of contact across projects. Manage production logistics, vendor selection, technical riders, budgets, invoicing, and event P&Ls, while leading due diligence on partners and suppliers. Help develop new event formats by researching production technologies and solutions, and may travel to support on-site launches and production.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the production-side point of contact for projects in the Polish market, coordinating third parties involved in execution and creative deliverables.
•Manage technical and administrative production processes, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up.
•Assess technical riders and propose budget-aligned changes or modifications.
•Build and maintain production budgets across feasibility and operational stages; monitor spends and manage invoice closing of event P&Ls.
•Lead partner management via due diligence on partners and suppliers and develop long-term deals to support project expansion.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in the event production industry.
•Native/Fluent Polish and strong English; German is a plus.
•Strong communication skills with a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
•Ability to manage multiple projects at once and organize various aspects of an event efficiently.
•Understanding of technical production requirements and familiarity with permitting processes.
