Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the DT touchpoint for SBU leadership, program management, and SSBU Directors, acting as a strategic partner and escalation point for digital transformation initiatives
  • •Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap focusing on opportunities, scope, cost, and schedule performance
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration and root-cause analysis to solve complex DT program challenges
  • •Manage key performance metrics, financials, EVMS, and staffing, with regular status reports and operations reviews
  • •Partner with engineering and proposal teams to capture requirements and create executable plans that support cross-functional programs

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Math, STEM or related field; 8+ years of related experience or Master’s degree with 5+ years of related experience
  • •Must have and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required
  • •Experience in information technology, software/systems engineering and/or program management
  • •Ability to work on-site in Tucson, AZ 5 days a week (relocation available per policy)
  • •Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience with Agile methods and able to manage complex programs
