Drive clinical capability and professional standards across the Triton Hearing network by coaching and developing clinicians. Spend 24 hours per week (3 days) delivering education, observation, workshops, and targeted development plans with Regional Leadership and clinic teams, while maintaining hands-on client care for the rest of the week. Serve as a trusted mentor for provisional NZAS members, support OSCE preparation and accreditation, and provide field-based support with regular travel throughout your region.
