Coordinate fleet breakdown events to keep vehicles road-ready and drivers supported. Troubleshoot incoming requests, assign and dispatch the appropriate nearest service provider, verify dispatch authorization, and communicate estimated arrival times to customers. Monitor repairs and escalation paths, inform the on-duty supervisor of delays or issues, and handle customer inquiries as they arise while maintaining 24/7/365 coverage and evening shift schedules.
