Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive profitable sales by meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals and managing KPI outcomes (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour).
  • •Model customer service behaviors and train others to deliver authentic customer service and product knowledge.
  • •Assist in training and retention of store staff; identify development opportunities and partner with management to improve.
  • •Support operational excellence: complete store tasks, assist with receiving/sending merchandise processes, manage price changes/ticketing, and help prepare for physical inventory.
  • •Execute store visual standards and merchandising direction; lead merchandising team and ensure completion of RFID-enabled inventory management processes; supervise store team in a manager’s absence.
