Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyse DSAT documentation data from training courses and deliver compliant training needs evaluations for Authority training requirements.
  • •Develop training courseware through analysis, design, maintenance, review, and production of DSAT Documentation & processes for military training sites and organisations.
  • •Identify and articulate responses to new or changing training requirements, capture training needs, and help define optimum training solutions balancing time, cost, and quality.
  • •Produce, maintain, and update DSAT documentation (FTS/TPS/TOs/WTS/RTGS) and conduct KSA analysis to determine a comprehensive Learning Scalar (LScalar).
  • •Request and review training documentation as needed, interview subject matter experts, participate in internal workshops, and support EHS compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent communication skills across internal and customer organisations.
  • •Experience in training analysis with contributions to the analysis of significant training courses.
  • •Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
  • •Detailed knowledge and practical experience of UK Ministry of Defence procedures and policies for DSAT.
  • •Experience using programme management tools, and/or delivery/change management experience is desirable.
