Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily sales orders for basic and promotional activities.
  • •Create deliveries and shipments to support customer delivery windows and communicate issues such as incomplete orders, discrepancies, and system errors.
  • •Run delivery and warehouse scheduling by processing delivery monitor reports and releasing work to the warehouse across departments.
  • •Monitor delivery errors, RF monitor workload, pre-dated deliveries, and replenishments; liaise with warehouse teams on urgent deliveries and inventory needs.
  • •Maintain promotional tracking, process promotional transactions, create/update role procedures, and assist with filing and office duties as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration, ideally supporting warehouse operations through scheduling, resource planning, and workload coordination.
  • •Strong analytical and numerical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • •High-level keyboard and data entry skills.
  • •Strong computer literacy, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills for scheduling, workload planning, reporting, and operational analysis, plus proficiency in Outlook and other business systems.
  • •High School Certificate or equivalent; logistics or supply chain certification desirable.
