Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Production Supervisors and Fabrication Operators to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
  • •Direct daily fabrication activities to meet yield targets, on-time delivery, OEE objectives, and customer requirements.
  • •Manage production scheduling, staffing, shift coverage, and overtime across multiple shifts.
  • •Coach and develop Production Supervisors and employees, including training, performance evaluations, attendance management, and corrective actions.
  • •Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement (including 5S+), coordinate across functions, and maintain fabrication cell records and resources.
