Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide analytical and operational support for managing the bank’s warehouse lending business.
  • •Lead day-to-day warehouse lending operations and reporting, including advance/paydown requests and borrowing base/compliance reporting.
  • •Review warehouse lending term sheets and legal documentation, assess deal risk/return, and prepare deal approval write-ups for the Executive Credit Committee.
  • •Develop and execute controls, mitigation plans, testing, and ongoing oversight for warehouse lending.
  • •Perform periodic reviews of existing warehouse lending deals and assist with transaction due diligence, modeling, audits, and presentations.

Key Requirements
