Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with Emerson ethics, trade compliance, business unit, safety, quality, and CPDC process requirements.
  • •Lead the Customer Support team by setting performance metrics, reviewing progress, coaching team members, and driving accountability for results.
  • •Manage customer orders across assigned regions and support teams in effectively handling their allocated regions.
  • •Review customer purchase orders and ensure sales orders reflect agreed commercial terms, documentation, and delivery requirements; resolve exceptions promptly.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally to execute orders smoothly, secure approvals and dispatch, monitor order risks, and support commercial actions including collections and A/R clearance.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of relevant experience in customer support, order management, or a related function, with a degree or equivalent qualification.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing customers and end-to-end order execution.
  • •Prior people-management or team-coordination experience, with the ability to manage at least one team member.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and department-specific digital tools.
  • •Proficiency in English and Hindi, plus strong communication and stakeholder-management skills for supporting customers across North, East, West, and Central India.
