Own and scale the APAC partner ecosystem for a leading employer branding and ATS SaaS platform. Deepen existing tech and channel partnerships, drive revenue and lead generation targets, and identify new high-value partners to expand the portfolio. Deploy global partnership strategies locally, collaborate across GTM with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, stay on top of market trends, and manage partner marketing activities while traveling to meet partners and attend events.

Key Responsibilities

•Grow and expand a revenue-generating portfolio of tech and channel partnerships while acquiring new high-value partners and owning the revenue number end-to-end.
•Deploy the global partnerships playbook locally in APAC, adapting strategy and execution to the regional market.
•Develop and manage long-term strategic relationships and lead how partnerships accelerate growth in the region.
•Operate within the APAC GTM team and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership while communicating with senior stakeholders.
•Stay sharp on industry trends and competitive benchmarks, and own partner marketing activities in the region.
