Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and iterate core operational metrics systems and attribution frameworks aligned with business strategies and operational needs.
  • •Collaborate with Data Science and Data Warehouse teams to manage end-to-end data infrastructure, including dataset optimization and dashboard development/maintenance.
  • •Extend automated reporting solutions and proactively align reporting efforts with overall business goals.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or Business Intelligence (BI), delivering data-driven insights to optimize operations.
  • •Deep expertise in metric system design, attribution analysis, and anomaly detection, translating technical frameworks into actionable guidance.
  • •Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis; Python is a plus.
  • •Strong business acumen and an insight-driven mindset for identifying operational pain points and proposing targeted improvements.
