Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and clienteling, while leveraging mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video). Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection. Build lasting client relationships, adapt to a fast-paced floor, and collaborate with teammates to drive loyalty and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales goals via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations, meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction processing, and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical duties including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
