Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead capital projects and TA teams, ensuring electrical and instrumentation work is carried out safely and to the highest standards.
  • •Drive the effective execution of projects by coordinating workloads, resources and schedules with stakeholders while maintaining compliance with Permit to Work systems.
  • •Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance through SWMS development/review and timely documentation.
  • •Promote a culture of safety, safety investigations, and lessons learned through regular site safety meetings and proactive risk management.
  • •Engage with clients and team members, prioritizing tasks and communicating effectively to deliver on project objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in oil & gas, heavy industry, or similar sectors
  • •QLD Electrical Trade License (Electrical Mechanic, Electrical Fitter/Mechanic, Instrumentation)
  • •Dual Trade Qualification in Electrical/Instrumentation
  • •Cert III in Instrumentation & Control OR Cert IV in Electrical – Instrumentation
  • •High-voltage switching operations (desirable)
