Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate supplier performance management activities, including monitoring and reporting metrics (DMR, DPPM), supplier qualification, development, and supplier system assessments/audits.
  • •Train, coach, and support suppliers on quality management tools, methodologies, and compliance requirements (SSA, QPA, PPAP, EQMS, SEM).
  • •Partner with internal teams, manufacturing sites, customers, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement and implement standardized supplier quality processes.
  • •Serve as Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) lead for PROLaunch NPD/STP projects to ensure supplier engagement and successful PPAP execution.
  • •Investigate quality concerns, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support audits/inspections to ensure compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with relevant manufacturing experience (electrical/mechanical preferred).
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of supplier quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of quality engineering tools and methodologies, including SPC, process capability studies, Gage R&R, Control Plans, and PFMEA.
  • •Hands-on experience with Supplier APQP and PPAP processes.
  • •Experience conducting supplier audits/assessments and supplier development activities; working knowledge of CQE principles.
