Provide end-to-end employee relations (ER) case management and pragmatic advice to people managers across the employee lifecycle. Handle complex matters including performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence, maternity/paternity, restructuring, and redundancies, acting as an escalation point for ER Advisors. Use people-related metrics and trends to recommend actions alongside Business Partners/HRBPs, ensure accurate case logging in the People Services case management system, and support employment tribunal documentation.
