Operations Manager (Assistant Store Manager)

Own end-to-end store operations as a key member of the store leadership team—managing operational processes, inventory accuracy, receiving and logistics workflows, and labor planning. Use sales data and operational metrics to improve store efficiency, support budget and reporting with the Store/General Manager, and drive quarterly business review planning. Lead and coach the operations team, ensuring a safe, clean, customer-ready store while consistently delivering the brand’s guidelines and customer experience.
