•Ensure reliability, performance, cost and productivity of major applications; optimize and automate to reduce manual work.
•Improve security, tune performance, and address customer-reported issues.

•Collaborate across teams (Machine Learning, Front-end, Data Science) to deliver intelligent products that aid Customer Support Agents.
