Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement daily sourcing strategies, match business demand, track progress, and produce regular work summaries and reports.
  • •Support bidding/RFX inquiries and procurement negotiation for annual and incremental projects, including supplier business docking.
  • •Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle activities: new contract signing, renewal, revision, and asset transaction arrangement.
  • •Coordinate global/regional quotation work by tracking supplier responses and aligning internal technical, product, and account teams to land and close projects.
  • •Maintain price verification documents and process files, ensuring compliance with company systems and industry specifications, and support cost/TCO analysis and optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated business literacy in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and contract management with strong market awareness.
  • •Familiarity with basic office and supply chain management tools, able to perform independent data sorting, progress tracking, report output, and RFX initiation.
  • •Strict, meticulous execution with the ability to balance repetitive operational work and phased project work.
  • •Strong cross-department communication and coordination skills to efficiently align multi-party stakeholders.
