Key Responsibilities

  • •Localize and deploy globally aligned people strategies for a regional client group as the people team face.
  • •Provide HR guidance across performance management, staffing, compensation, employee engagement, organizational design, talent management, and organizational change.
  • •Lead stakeholder education and coaching, building trust and clarity on roles and responsibilities across stakeholder groups.
  • •Establish talent and performance management foundations including manager development, talent reviews, succession planning, 1:1 discipline, coaching, documentation, and employee relations counsel.
  • •Partner across teams to center the employee experience and reduce employment risks to the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business/leadership experience in business administration, program management, HR management, or related fields.
  • •5+ years of HR experience, including HR Generalist experience.
  • •Deep understanding of HR functions, policies, best practices, and employment law.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • •Ability to analyze HR metrics and trends and develop recommendations for action, with experience implementing Diversity and Inclusion strategies.
