Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead COGs and packaging budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close for BNL and Nordics.
  • •Perform variance analysis and build cost bridges against budget and prior year, decomposing drivers for executive stakeholders.
  • •Act as primary finance partner to Procurement, Menu Planning, and DC Operations to track supplier pricing, contract renewals, sustainability impacts, and operational performance.
  • •Own and continuously improve the regional COGs reporting suite and theoretical consumption models, including DC-level cost tracking.
  • •Leverage SQL and Databricks to automate COGs data pipelines and monitor theoretical vs. delivered COGs performance.

Key Requirements

  • •At least five years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance focused on COGs, procurement finance, supply chain, or manufacturing cost management.
  • •Strong understanding of food/FMCG cost structures, ideally including ingredient pricing, packaging, and DC operational costs.
  • •Hands-on, analytical approach with the confidence to interrogate cost data, challenge numbers, and validate outputs.
  • •Ability to build relationships with operational and procurement stakeholders and translate complex cost dynamics into clear business insights.
  • •Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets in cloud or data warehouse environments (Databricks experience is a plus).
