Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of high-value Construction & Infrastructure claims from inception to resolution, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
•Provide proactive advice and guidance on coverage issues for clients and Aon network offices to present and advocate the best strategy for settlement and conclusion of claims.
•Maintain outstanding communication by collaborating with clients, carriers, Aon brokers and all stakeholders to facilitate efficient claims handling processes.
•Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
•Stay abreast of industry trends, regulation, and best practice to enhance Aon’s claims handling capabilities and risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years Construction, Energy or Engineering claims handling experience ideally from a reputable insurance, broking or adjusting organisation.
