Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products to drive sales and support clinic performance.
  • •Identify client needs and recommend appropriate services, upgrades, and treatment options.
  • •Welcome clients and manage a polished experience from arrival through departure.
  • •Handle client check-in/check-out, payment processing, and appointment booking/modifying/canceling accurately.
