Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project controls execution by establishing comprehensive control plans, procedures, and workflows aligned with relevant standards, while overseeing both internal team and external contractors.
  • •Develop and implement structured frameworks for work breakdown, cost control, scheduling, and progress measurements to enable accurate forecasting and meaningful reporting.
  • •Coordinate cost estimating processes and establish control account budgets, facilitating internal reviews and stakeholder approvals while ensuring comprehensive risk assessment.
  • •Provide strategic analysis and recommendations through monthly reporting, identifying early warnings of variances and mitigation options for project success.
  • •Management of project control team and mentor team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management or a related field.
  • •15+ years’ experience in project controlling (cost control and/or scheduling) within oil and gas, energy or infrastructure sectors.
  • •Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes (module fabrication).
  • •Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • •Proficiency in English is beneficial for international projects with diverse teams.
