Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director of Security in the execution and continuous enhancement of the property’s security strategy.
  • •Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Oversee daily security operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a high level of professionalism across all shifts.
  • •Lead incident management processes, including reporting, investigation, and resolution of security-related matters.
  • •Analyze risks and implement preventive measures to protect guests, colleagues, and property assets; maintain and continuously improve emergency response plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar security leadership role, preferably within hospitality or luxury environments.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent (degree or certifications in security, safety, or related fields are preferred).
  • •Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • •Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
  • •Advanced knowledge of fire prevention and firefighting systems; emergency response (evacuation, search and rescue); incident investigation procedures.
