Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as first-line manager (People Lead) and manage time between leading customer projects, supporting and developing colleagues, and driving business development.
  • •Ensure the group has the right competencies, and build and maintain customer contacts.
  • •Drive sales and tender/proposal processes for assignments.
  • •Collaborate with experts across the organization to deliver projects in ecology and environmental assessment.
  • •Contribute to creating a trust- and creativity-driven work environment together with Unit Lead and other People Leads.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working across large parts of the group’s areas of operation in ecology/environmental assessment.
  • •A well-established professional network within the group’s areas of operation.
  • •Enjoy driving business development and developing new services and service areas.
  • •Strong ability to inspire and motivate employees.
  • •Relevant university-level academic degree (e.g., natural scientist or civil engineer) and extensive knowledge in environmental matters, with fluent communication in Swedish and English.
