Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes by analyzing workflows, space requirements, equipment layouts, and resource utilization to drive operational efficiency.
  • •Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce costs, eliminate waste, improve productivity and quality, and maximize operational performance using Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen/TPM.
  • •Collect, monitor, and analyze process performance data and manufacturing metrics to detect deviations, recommend corrective actions, and improve factory KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, Yield, Waste, OEE).
  • •Analyze and resolve technical, operational, and process issues using structured problem-solving, RCA, and CAPA; ensure sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Lead or support manufacturing transformation projects and 4M change management, ensuring risk assessments, validations, stakeholder approvals, documentation updates (SOPs/control plans), and audit closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering/scientific or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of relevant experience in process engineering, production engineering, manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, or process improvement roles.
  • •Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce costs and waste while improving productivity and quality.
  • •Knowledge of automation and control systems is preferred, along with experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
  • •Ability to develop and educate working teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
