Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project QA/QC Manager or Sr. QA/QC Engineer in implementing the quality management system on site as per the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
  • •Prepare work inspection requests (WIR) for construction activities, ensure coverage for on-site work, and coordinate with consultants.
  • •Check incoming materials against project specifications and approved material submittals, and monitor WIRs and test reports with status updates to the Quality Manager and site team.
  • •Establish, monitor, and implement QA/QC plans, method statements, and test plans to meet project quality requirements and client expectations, including document control distribution.
  • •Support HSE initiatives by participating in safety awareness and contributing to incident reporting and resolution in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience and 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • •Knowledge of work-related standards and specifications, including ISO 9001, QCS, SMACNA, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equal) or ASQC certification (CQM/CQE), plus a bachelor’s degree in a related field or Civil Engineering.
