Automotive Line Lead (2nd Shift)

Supervise daily inspection-center operations to ensure cars are moved safely for reconditioning and repairs while meeting production, inventory, quality, and first-time completion targets. Lead and develop a team of hourly associates, coach performance, resolve conflicts, and reinforce adherence to standards, policies, and quality control. Review incoming vehicle defects, approve repair vs. reject decisions, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to drive consistent throughput.
