Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center for repairs while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities, identify team strengths/weaknesses, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Engage the assigned team with coaching, development, feedback, and performance management.
  • •Monitor adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects and lead decisions to repair or reject inventory in partnership with the Inspection Center General Manager.
