Job Summary

Support investor onboarding for hedge and private equity subscriptions, ensuring due diligence data and documentation are complete and accurately entered into the contact management system. Perform AML/KYC checks for investor transactions, monitor investor wire activity, and create wire templates for payments. Reconcile and disseminate investor reporting such as capital statements, and respond to day-to-day inquiries from investment managers and investors with a strong focus on compliance and quality service.

Key Responsibilities

•Onboard investors into hedge and private equity funds by ensuring due diligence data and subscription documentation are complete, then entering required data into a contact management system for investor reporting.
•Follow Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and perform KYC checks/procedures when reviewing investor transactions.
•Monitor client bank accounts for investor wire activity and create wire templates to facilitate investor payments.
•Generate, reconcile, and disseminate investor reporting (e.g., investor capital statements) to end investors and contacts via an automated distribution process after client approval.
•Correspond with investment managers and their investors on day-to-day inquiries related to subscription documents and investor reporting, maintaining a high-quality service standard.

Key Requirements

•B. Com graduate with at least 1+ year of experience in AML.
•Essential knowledge of KYC and AML, with prior experience as a key requirement.
•Strong logical thinking skills and attention to detail for onboarding and data accuracy.
•Good written and verbal communication skills for client and investor correspondence.
•Strong knowledge of US capital markets, accounting principles, and financial products; hands-on MS-Excel is required.
