Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end NetReveal technical workstream, including interlocks with the migration programme.
  • •Assess the existing NetReveal implementation, processing model, batch schedules, and technical constraints.
  • •Define technical approaches for loading historical customer/account/transaction data and designing scalable batch processing to reduce runtime from 20–30 days to 5–10 days.
  • •Drive customer profile creation/rebuild/reprofiling, customer segmentation, and customer matching/merging between TSB and Santander records.
  • •Implement performance tuning, batch optimisation, provide technical direction to developers, and support cutover planning, reconciliation, and post-migration assurance.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive hands-on experience implementing or enhancing SymphonyAI NetReveal version 8 or later (version 9 preferred).
  • •Strong experience with Transaction Monitoring SMBD engine using Spark (not the classic NetReveal TM engine only).
  • •Strong understanding of NetReveal data structures, profiling, segmentation, scenarios, and batch processing.
  • •Experience loading significant volumes of historical transaction data into NetReveal and analysing Parquet files for profile validation and migration.
  • •Strong SQL and data analysis capability with understanding of AML Transaction Monitoring concepts, scenario look-back periods, and behavioural monitoring.
