Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in artificial lift proposal development, application recommendations, and post-well evaluation of artificial lift performance.
  • •Use engineering design principles to design, recommend, and evaluate artificial lift systems and execute assigned projects using company application software tools.
  • •Lead execution, maintenance, and operation of electro-submersible pumping (ESP) units and frequency inverters, including development of MineESP Datalogger software for real-time production test data.
  • •Implement and commission VSD (variable speed drive) multi-node systems in client networks and provide international remote technical support for problem-solving, installation, commissioning, and startup.
  • •Act as an international technical specialist for ESP and geothermal systems (GeoESP), and support engineering testing such as load test bench development for thrust chambers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related) and 2 years of experience in the offered job or a Technical Professional-Artificial Lift related occupation.
  • •Experience in geothermal well installations, including service design, pull and run operations, and failure analysis.
  • •Experience with onshore and offshore oil well installations for efficient, safe execution of complex field operations.
  • •Experience with HPS (Horizontal Pumping Systems) including service design, equipment installation/testing, and client management.
  • •Experience with SCADA and control solution design, remote troubleshooting, and programming of medium-voltage drives; Siemens control logic experience is required.
