Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and execution of category strategies for People & Culture, Professional services, Travel, Fleet, and Allianz Engineering.
  • •Manage tendering and contract review processes to deliver savings targets and improve KPIs year on year.
  • •Develop and maintain supplier relationships, partnering with the SRM team to drive performance, risk management, and innovation.
  • •Ensure compliance with Allianz Group Sourcing Policy (AGSP) and promote best-practice procurement standards within the team and categories.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop Sourcing Managers and Specialists, coordinating procurement governance and due diligence as needed.
