Job Summary

Regional Manager - Licensing Management leads software license reviews and audits to ensure customer usage aligns with licensing agreements. Serves as a liaison across manufacturing, sales, and legal, drives renewal and audit processes, analyzes usage data, and builds executive relationships to support closure of compliance opportunities and revenue in a fast-paced, cross-functional APAC India team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead on-site and mid-to-large scale license reviews, reconciling software deployment and entitlement records.
•Drive license reviews to completion quickly and against targets, communicating with customers’ executive teams.
•Identify licensing shortfalls and provide licensing expertise to internal stakeholders and customers.
•Provide reporting and maintain systems regarding license review activity; build target account lists and greenfield opportunities.
•Build executive and mid-level IT relationships (CIO/CTO) to support sales closure and manage end-to-end Salesforce pipeline with sales and customer success teams.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in a license compliance role, gained at a vendor or partner.
•Experience performing license compliance reviews, anti-piracy, and/or contracts work in a software company or Big 4 consulting firm.
•Strong analytical skills with ability to adapt style to the audience and communicate with executives.
•Solid understanding of software licensing models and licensing contracts (including Enterprise licenses and EULAs).
•Proven in collaborating with multiple functional teams (sales, solution consulting, partners) and closing complex audits.
