Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the SPOC Manager and oversee day-to-day SPOC operations with high diplomacy and adaptability.
  • •Oversee security programs, projects, protocols, and policies to ensure consistent execution and timely completion of requests.
  • •Supervise, mentor, and develop personnel, including conducting performance reviews and identifying training needs.
  • •Maintain technical knowledge of SPOC tools and administer these systems.
  • •Analyze incidents using metrics and insights, identify opportunities/risks, and communicate priorities to senior management and leaders during emergencies.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •6+ years of combined experience in security operations center, as a security officer/military/law enforcement, and/or in a SpaceX GSOC environment.
  • •4+ years in a Security Operations Center and/or 4+ years as a security officer, military, or law enforcement professional.
  • •1+ years in a SpaceX or SpaceXAI GSOC environment.
  • •Ability to work all shifts and extended hours/weekends as needed, including willingness to travel up to 25%.
