Job Summary

Perform ATP/ESS testing of electronic units and troubleshoot failures down to sub-assembly and component level. Set up, operate, configure, calibrate, and maintain test equipment and test stands, then interpret and record results. Read technical data (maintenance manuals, engineering prints, schematics) and communicate work status through shift handoffs and collaboration with engineering and maintenance. Follow health and safety, static-control, and PPE procedures while supporting production and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow and suggest improvements to Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
•Test a variety of electronic units using prescribed test procedures and set up/operate test stands.
•Configure, calibrate, and maintain test equipment, then interpret and record test results.
•Recognize and isolate test equipment failures and troubleshoot electronic units to the sub-assembly/component level using diagnostic tools.
•Read and interpret technical data and communicate work status to team members and support staff (e.g., shift pass down, engineering, maintenance).

Key Requirements

•Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D) or vocational/technical education with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

•Prior experience with component-level troubleshooting.
•Working computer skills and knowledge of office software applications.
