Key Responsibilities

•Advise government and clients on decarbonising transport in line with carbon budgets and net zero
•Align transport decarbonisation with other client policy agendas
•Provide technical leadership, expertise, and quality assurance across transport strategy decarbonisation commissions
•Collaborate with Mobility team and other disciplines to identify optimal decarbonisation solutions
•Lead complex, innovative projects and help develop new decarbonisation services and tools

Key Requirements

•Strong technical leadership in transport decarbonisation, transport assessment or modelling
•Experience in project management and client-facing roles, with ability to translate complex information into plain-language summaries
•Background in transport planning, policy/strategy, or carbon assessment; understanding of Net Zero principles in transport
•Ability to interpret modelling outputs and contextualise results for decision-makers
•Keen to hold or pursue professional qualification/chartership and contribute to upskilling colleagues
