Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate gaps
  • •Support execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor while processing shipment and ensuring product flow
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to fulfill business and guest needs and support safe, efficient stockroom standards

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
