Senior Engineer - Roads & Highways

Lead detailed roads and highways design for large-scale infrastructure and land development projects in Dubai/Sharjah. Develop alignments, profiles, cross-sections, and construction details aligned to UAE authority standards and local manuals, and ensure international best practices are met. Coordinate with utilities, drainage, traffic, structures, street lighting, landscaping, and public realm teams to resolve design clashes. Produce calculations, drawings, and reports, support authority submissions, and mentor junior engineers.
