Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end MDF lifecycle: allocation, approval workflows, compliance oversight, performance measurement, and reporting.
  • •Manage and evolve the global MDF framework, including guidelines, eligibility, governance, and best practices.
  • •Act as the main point of contact for partners and internal stakeholders on MDF processes, escalations, and inquiries.
  • •Oversee MDF investment planning and partner MDF funding across distributors and reseller partners aligned to business objectives.
  • •Manage Partner Marketing OPEX planning and budgets, lead AOP cycles, partner with Finance for fiscal discipline and reporting readiness, and drive process improvements and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • •4+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, marketing strategy, finance, or related disciplines in B2B SaaS companies.
  • •Proven track record managing MDF programs at scale, measuring and reporting on campaigns to optimize ROI and partner growth.
  • •Strong functional leadership with the ability to influence and lead within cross-functional teams.
  • •Advanced analytics and tooling proficiency for MDF/PRM, CRM, budgeting, and reporting (e.g., Channelscaler, Salesforce, 360Insights, SmartSheet, Snowflake/Sigma, Power BI).
