Job Summary

Lead the Enterprise New Business sales organization for the UK & Ireland, building a scalable, high-performing revenue operation. Own net-new go-to-market strategy to secure Tier-1 enterprise accounts, mentor and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives, and govern the corporate pipeline using CRM and business intelligence. Act as an executive strategic partner, delivering performance analysis and multi-year revenue projections to global leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic oversight of the Enterprise New Business division across the UKI region and drive net-new enterprise sales.
•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, owning retention and performance management to maximize quota attainment.
•Maintain pipeline governance using CRM metrics and business intelligence to improve forecasting precision and drive proactive strategic pivots.
•Deliver sophisticated performance analysis, macro-economic market insights, and multi-year revenue projections to global executive leadership.
•Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to establish a premium candidate experience and attract top-tier enterprise sales talent.
