Key Responsibilities

•Support and manage annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts for different business units by liaising with management stakeholders and analyzing KPI trends.
•Control business performance with variance analysis and commentary explaining monthly results versus forecast, with timely deviation insights.
•Provide financial analysis and develop models to evaluate ad-hoc projects, acting as a business partner to support finance and other teams.
•Recommend cost-saving initiatives and promote a culture of efficiency across the organization.
•Establish/improve templates and internal reports and streamline processes with a bottom-up approach; handle ad-hoc financial topics as needed.

•Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in audit or consulting firm or another relevant field.
•CIMA, ACCA, CPA, ACA qualifications preferred.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities.
•Strong sense of ownership to see projects to completion; proactive problem-solving; process-oriented and organized.
