Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate planning and kickoff workshops, including with multiple design subject areas and large design coordination meetings.
  • •Facilitate design reviews with external partners and conduct large-scale workshops as necessary.
  • •Author scopes of work, issue and administer contracts, and define and track deliverables from various parties.
  • •Track and report cost, schedule, scope, and progress, including health reporting.
  • •Coordinate design activities with procurement and construction, ensuring engineering information is issued to the right party, at the right time, in the right format.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • •Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) strongly preferred, or significant professional experience (+10 years) may substitute.
  • •Prior experience with data center design and/or construction preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of construction principles, specifications, and drafting scopes of work.
  • •Working understanding of AutoCAD for drawing reviews and mark-ups.
