Plant Manager - Deer Park

Lead all aspects of plant operations and maintenance, including P&L responsibility, while ensuring plant safety, environmental compliance, training, and policy administration. Build and maintain a competent, well-trained staff, manage operational performance and O&M budgets, and support execution of gas plant strategy. Oversee external service providers, drive continuous improvement and customer/community relationships, and manage organizational goals through matrix communications and performance feedback.
